"Building a stronger foundation"
Our provided program shall be composed of two primary components:

Classroom instruction
2. On the Job training
Classes will be taught by a licensed journeyman skilled in various aspects of the construction trades.
Training to include carpentry, masonry, framing, plumbing, heating and air, electrical, concrete and others.

MISSION STATEMENT
The goal is to reduce incarceration levels and recidivism rates by training former incarcerated, justice involved, and non college bound individuals in technical trades and certifications that allow for sustained livable wage earning capacity.
